After hearing this, Mr Simpson believed he may have more than one PPI claim and asked Alex to send out the forms to confirm either way.
Upon receiving the forms back Alex was able to see that Mr Simpson had a five different PPI policies on five different borrowings. The policies were found on three loans with Natwest, Lombard and Black Horse Direct, plus one on a Capital One credit card and one on a HFC credit card. Alex started the five PPI claims cases on 29th April 2010.
From Case To Payout:
On 7th February 2011, Alex was informed by our legal team that one of Mr Simpson’s cases had been concluded with a full refund of all PPI charges. It was Natwest that had made the offer and Alex was quick to inform Mr Simpson that one of his refunds was on it’s way to his account. At the time of writing, the remaining four cases are still ongoing as our legal team make sure the lenders offer full refunds.
